This Wiki was started in the Fall of 2008 with the help of Dr. Candice Stocker. Currently, in 2010, I am still attending Metro State College of Denver. This Wiki is intended to be used in conjunction with my classroom wiki page (soon to be announced).
*Pages are under reconstruction as of 11/10.
Note: "Not If But How" Is not only a slogan, but a way of living life that I try to practice every day. This philosophy came from the Climbing Smith's School of Mountaineering in Colorado. The family, including children, set a world speed record for climbing all of the peaks over fourteen thousand feet tall the United States, in 48 days during the 1970's.
Thank you for teaching me climbing skills and life-long wisdom.
"Safety, Fun and Learning" is a philosophy that was taught to me at Winter Park Colorado's Handicapped Ski Program, now referred to as NSCDS. If the children are safe, then they can have fun. When a person is safe and having fun they are open to learning something new.
Prescott College reminds me that "education is a journey, not a destination."
